Welcome package ( 6 sessions)

Service Description

The "Welcome package" is composed by 6 sessions on everything baby related, perfect for parents who have just come home with their new arrival. This package includes knowledge and practical support on the health and hygiene of your baby, bathing your baby, breastfeeding and bottle feeding advice, colic and reflux, advice on infant sleep patterns both at night and during the day, and a Q&A session for any questions you may have about your little one and their various stages. 1 pre-visit of 1 hour and 5 sessions of 2hours to book during the 3 first month. Inclusive of emails over the first two months to use at your discretion to discuss baby development and any issues that occur along the way.

Cancellation Policy

Payment is due at time of confirmation of appointment. The following fees apply to all cancelled support- 14-7 days notice - 100% refundable. 6-4 days notice- 75% refundable. 4-2 days –50% refundable. 24hrs or less 25% refundable. If baby is unwell on the date of consultation it will be endeavoured at discretion to change your appointment to another date without applying the cancellation fee.
